Better cash flow for Clients. Real rewards for Accountants

RewardPay is a practical tool you can bring to your clients to improve their cash flow, simplify tax payment obligations, and earn rewards on expenses that would otherwise go unrewarded. As an accountant or bookkeeper, you also benefit directly — with a referral program that rewards you when your clients get started.

How it works

Payroll

Accountants and Bookkeepers

As a RewardPay account holder, accountants and bookkeepers can invite their clients to join the platform directly through the RewardPay portal. Once your referred client transacts more than $50,000 within their first three months as a RewardPay customer, you are automatically awarded 10,000 Qantas points. The more clients you bring on board, the more points you earn — making RewardPay a rewarding proposition for your practice as well as your clients.

For example

An accountant who signs up 10 new clients, each transacting $50,000+ within 3 months, can earn 100,000 Qantas Points.
By introducing clients to RewardPay, accountants help businesses improve cash flow and earn rewards on everyday expenses, while strengthening client relationships and creating an additional incentive stream.
100,000 Qantas Points is enough for a return business‑class flight to New Zealand or a one‑way business‑class flight to Asia, simply by connecting clients with a smarter way to pay.

Unlock Significant Rewards Value

Every dollar your client spends on BAS, ATO payments, super, or supplier invoices is a dollar that could be earning reward points. For a business paying $40,000 annually in combined tax obligations, this could mean enough points for a return international flight or significant statement credits — value that would otherwise be left on the table. Additionally, when a client you refer transacts over $50,000 in their first three months, you receive 10,000 Qantas Business Rewards points.

Improve Cashflow

Improve Cashflow

Credit cards provide a crucial buffer between when payments are due and when cash actually needs to leave the business. With up to 55 days interest-free (depending on your card’s billing cycle), clients can pay ATO obligations on time to avoid penalties while keeping cash available for urgent expenses or waiting for invoices to be paid. This short-term financing is provided at no interest cost, unlike a traditional business loan or overdraft facility.

Consolidate and Simplify Payments

Bookkeepers or accountants prepare payments; clients simply approve. All their expenses - BAS, payroll, rent, supplier invoices - are processed through one platform with clear timestamped records, full remittance documentation, that makes your job easier at review time.

RewardPay helps bookkeepers and accountants simplify and streamline payments processing for their clients. Both you and your clients get something back for your hard work.
