Loyalty points are typically allocated to your linked rewards account 5 business days after your payment has been completed. Timeframes may vary slightly by partner, so we recommend checking your loyalty program account directly to confirm. If you have not seen your points after this timeframe, feel free to contact support@rewardpay.com.au with your payment reference number and we will look into it for you.
