Signing up for RewardPay is free, takes around 5 minutes, and there are no setup fees or ongoing obligations. Once registered, you can start making payments and earning rewards straight away.
Step-by-step: How to sign up
Once you and all relevant Beneficial Owners identity are verified, you’re account will be ready to start transacting.

If there’s any issues with the information that is received, our compliance team will need to manually review your submission. They may require additional information and will be in touch should this be the case.
Identity verification is a legal requirement, not just a RewardPay policy. As a financial services business, RewardPay is registered with AUSTRAC (Australia’s financial intelligence agency) and is required by law to verify the identity of all customers and their organisations before processing payments.
This requirement comes from the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (AML/CTF Act), which places obligations on Australian financial institutions to detect and prevent money laundering and terrorism financing.

This is a legal requirement under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (AML/CTF Act). As an AUSTRAC-registered business, RewardPay is legally obligated to identify and verify not just the person using the platform, but also the individuals who ultimately own or control the business making payments.
This process is known as ‘Know Your Business’ (KYB) and is standard practice across all regulated Australian / New Zealand financial services providers.
